I haven't had to use it yet, but I feel more confident in the manner and places I use the ear buds because I have this. "Knock on wood" that I don't have to use this, but if I do, I'm confident that any issues will be resolved

A no brainer for your Apple / Beats products!

You can deal directly with Apple on that if it comes to it and that is a BIG plus!
