    Can’t really review a service contract to protect the merchandise, but without it…and it may accidentally get damaged…well then you might reconsider that it was needed

    I thankfully didnt get to use this service but the beats are still strongly going and from what i heard from this service it would have been a great and easy solution if my headphones failed. Glad i didnt need it and glad i got it regardless.

    They do stand by the protection but that isn't for theft or loss its only for damaged item so be very mindful of that

    I choose to buy the extended warranty for my Studio 3 Beats and I’m happy I did because I know they’ll be covered if anything should go wrong.

    I think it was a great purchase to cover my son’s headphones in case of an accident. He’s happy with his gift. And will buy it again when purchasing something like the BEATS to protect them.
