    Have not used this one for this purchase yet but Apple makes it easy to keep my products updated and if in need of service it’s easy to manage. 1 time fee for 2 years is a safety net for people that work in the field

    I really love these headphones! It took a little bit to get used to how they feel, but I was willing to keep them because I like the sound. One big thing is they stopped working after I dropped them (I haven’t taken them in yet) so this is based off of my use from them.
