Bought this for myson for Christmas gift. Used it until July when it came apart.

This watch is very durable and will last most the day, but lately it won't last long and my connections are having issues.

Smaller than expected sound is good! Biggest issue is the micro usb instead of charge port

It broke very fast use the warranty to replace it and it didn't last more than 5 month broke again same spot so i just using tape now cause i cant replace them waste of money regret buying them and it was first time using apple

I love Apple care + I have it for my iPad, my iPhone, my MacBook Air M1 base model, and main headphones. They have two types of Apple care plus plans The basic plan which for instance for my iPhone to get a screen replaced is $29 plus tax to replace a phone because it’s broken it is $99 plus tax I’m in New York so that comes out to $108 and for AppleCare + lost and theft The deductible on the phone is approximately $149 every phone is different and I love the fact that if you have the total tech membership which is now called my total Best Buy which is $179.99 a year Apple care ➕ is included an apple looks at it like you’re paying it monthly instead of paying one price for 24 months because the insurance is $149 for 24 months if you lose the phone it’s $219 for 24 months if you want to pay monthly you can have it for more than two years so an iPhone 13 is $7.99 a month for basic AppleCare and if you lose it Across $11.49 a month by getting the Apple care with Best Buy Apple looks at it like you’re paying monthly so you get more than 24 months of AppleCare on your product on my Mac computer since he don’t do the lost and fast I have insurance for eight years on my computer because of being a total tech membership it’s the highest plan it went from $199.99 $179.99 and if your headphones go all you have to do is make an appointment to see someone at the geek squad the take a look at it and I’ll send it to manufacture if you cannot be fixed though put what you paid for it minus if you paid for the insurance at that time but if you already haveTotal tech insurance is better than buying it for every item you purchase the insurance they’ll put it on a gift card and then you’ll be able to get some thing in the store the same exact one or a different one anything in that price range or you just have to pay the difference. Having total tech insurance once you buy it every product you purchase after that is covered under your insurance so you do not need to pay $200 or $40 or $80 for every item you purchase after that so that’s why I say it’s worth it in the long run.

Beats by Dre wireless pro and pro2 are worth penny and the Apple Care plan the best wireless headphones ever. Price, comfort, charging and how long the battery last is worth every dollar and best all around Best Buy also always has the best prices

So glad I got this apple care. It was like I didn't have to worry about dropping these overpriced headphones into a puddle of mud or running over them with the lawn mower again.
