    Great product as always. I had mine for about 4 years now and the only thing wrong is that my right side battery doesn't stay on as long as it used to.

    This came in handy. Had to use ot twice! The hinge on one side of Beats headphones broke two different times!

    Haven't had to use the plan, but for the price of protection compared to the price of the product it was worth it. Since it was a gift for my daughter I feel better knowing if there is a problem she can have it taken care of.

    Apple care can be pricey but is so worth it. Have used it for phone, beats, tablets and is always a money saver any time we have an issue. Anytime I have not gotten it, there has ended up being an issue where I regretted it. It's now an automatic addition for any apple products.

    Had to replace them once for something I did not the head phones. Took to Apple Store and they were switched out . Had to wait a couple days but it’s worth it. Super easy
