Great ad on, now i know if my headphones break im covered

So my headphones broke. I originally paid $159 for them plus tax. I always buy insurance so I went ahead and paid the $30 for the two year AppleCare. I went to Best buy to replace the headphones or have them repaired which Best buy then told me they no longer service Apple. They sent me to the Apple store. The Apple store sent me back to a Best buy. That Best buy sent me to another Best buy. After all of this I was told to call AppleCare. I was on a phone with them for 45 minutes and everything finally got figured out. Now came the ridiculous part... They wanted to charge my credit card $350 for a holding fee in case I don't send them back the broken headphones. Remember I only paid less than $200 for these headphones... Unfortunately do not have a spare $350 laying around for them to put a hold on for 10 days. At that point I could just buy another set of headphones. Absolutely terrible insurance unless it's for a phone.

I used to not have faith in Apple care now I do. My son snapped his beat’s headphones and they were replaced with no issues. The insurance covered them with no hassle

I bought the AppleCare because I ruined two pairs of them within the first two months of having them chance of wasting a lot of money if you don’t buy the protection plan

Always have to protect the investment, most definitely would recommend this service to anyone with Apple or Beats products.

I love that if i would ever have any issues with my Beats that Apple will take care of it immediately with no charge no matter what the issue is!

Great to have! Last time I didn’t get the coverage with my earphones but I didn’t make that mistake again.

purchased these for my daughter for an Christmas gift. After only 4 months of use the left earphone went out! we tried to disconnect, reconnect, we tried factory resetting. and even connecting them to my phone with No fixing!
