You hope to never use it but if you have a apple product and have a problem and don't have applecare it can be an expensive lesson. Also to know that it now covers theft and loss is great

A must have when buying beats

I have the olan on previous beats i have purchased and have actually used it. The plan makes it so easy when needed. Literally you drop off the damaged ines and they call yiu when the new ines are in to replace them.
