That was excellent that they did that. Great customer service!

I wouldn’t buy at full price but they are better that the studio 3 in every way. Very clear good sound good sharp bass unlike the studio 3 where the bass would bleed into other frequencies, good noise cancellation. The volume needs to be turned up more than the studio 3 but get plenty loud. Some creaking from the frame. This style is great for the gym very stable fit and I am able to listen for hours without any discomfort.

It covers hardware repairs, software issues, accidental damage - You get unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection for a low service It gives you the chance to use your device comfortably without any extra care it saves some money if damaged because we don’t know so I remember that day when I forgot my AirPods Pro in my pants and I did laundry
