Apple care plus is worth it

The cost of having a device repaired is fairly prohibitive without it. Of course, this is intentional, but it is the way it is.

Worst experience ever!

I purchased beats through the Best buy site and received them broken. I attempted once to get them fixed by having Geek Squad send them off to get fixed. After waiting a month and a half, I got them back only to find out nothing had changed. I went back to Geek squad to find out what could be done. The "agent" evidently did his job wrong, by his words, and failed to get the right information. He wanted me to have them sent off again. I'm not into doing the same thing over and over while getting the same results. I was hoping they would do the right thing and just replace them so I could be done with this. Nope! I will never purchase anything from Best buy or use Geek Squad again. They were both highly incompetent.
