    1 year old and these lose the connection in close proximity, takes too long too charge and charging case doesn’t hold charge long,

    Absolute SCAM!! For all you curious customers out there, who happen to be curious about adding this service to your purchase… I bought a new pair of beats fit pro headphones and added this package, approximately a year after buying, they stopped working, I attempted to process a replacement using AppleCare and they demanded to charge me over $300.00, just to send out the replacement, then within five - seven weeks, Apple would determine whether I get my money back (and how much of it is returned). They provide multiple warning about reasons they will keep the money, and they advertise that the service might cost 30.00 at the most when the standard charge is 300.00 to simply have your replacement beats sent to your home. Save yourselves the money, buy Jabra Elite 8 Active headphones instead! They are a reputable company.
