Insurance

The left ear cup broke off from the band, and I was able to drop them off at Best Buy for repair/replacement. Deductible for the repair/replacement was $29, but better than buying a new pair.

That is not purple

One of them still ended falling out of the ear. I worry that they will get lost that way. I got these specifically because I was hoping they wouldn’t fall out. I hope it was just a one time occurrence.

No More Apple Care Ever Again.

I basically gave away my $$$ for nothing as they would NOT replace nor repair my Beats Pro. I'll purchase Best Buy Protection plans on my purchases 1st & only on all my electronics.
