Bad connection, can’t hear good, falls out of ears, calls hang up. Once I buy a new pair i will be getting rid of these.

I was new to apple care and I still havent used it which I guess is a good sign

If you have a apple product, not worth the warranty, even from best buy. It's good to fix accidents or replacement, but waste of time just to go, n try to it fix. "Computer system, won't let me pass through."

I would never purchase one other product from Best Buy. I purchased a birthday gift which had a missing charging cord. When I called customer service I was told because it was more than 15 days I was out of the return window and there was nothing they could do. I could call Apple Card and ask for a replacement charging cord. This is absolutely unacceptable. I give customers service -stars for not helping a customer with a replacement because I purchased a gift a month prior to a birthday I have to now try and see if Apple Card will help me. Very frustrating and annoyed.

Sound is great....when they work. This is the second pair I've purchased in less than 2 years and both pairs, after a few months, won't connect via bluetooth and won't charge. Garbage. Had the first pair repaired under warranty only to have them fail in the same way a month later, after the warranty expired. It is a shame b/c these are one of the only ear buds I've found that stay in my ears while I'm jogging.

Not the best headphones I’ve purchased but they get the job done

So this is pretty much a waste. My dog chewed up and apple care + won’t cover that or if you lose it. Spend fir the one that covers theft so if yours gets demanded beyond repair you can still protect your investment.

These earbuds continue to fall out your ears and are not noise cancellations. A waste of money!

It was easy to setup and took little to no time not bad.

I purchased these in hopes of having them for a great workout and for traveling, but I constantly have static issues while working out, but never is shown when they test them and they don’t like replacing their item

Never had to use return the headsets due to not liking them

ok sound quality for music but phone call quality is horrible. It is very spotty and not at all what I expected from Beats

Great service when the battery gets weak, just go have it replaced

Horrible insurance. I would not recommend apple care to anyone regarding earbuds. I reported that there may be an quality issue and was told need to make appointment and during the appointment I was told that they will only send out the earbud that i thought had issues and replace the one. With that being said I will think twice before purchasing any apple product. For earbuds apple care is an rip off.
