    If I could give this 0 stars I would. These are the worst earbuds I have in my possession. They will not stay in my ear, regardless of the gummy size you put on. They slip out after 30 seconds. I went to a music festival and couldn't even use them as impromptu earplugs because they would immediately fall out. I have a pair of knockoff earbuds similar to these and are way better. These would also constantly disconnect bluetooth. Its a shame, because I have good experiences with Beats, these just are not it.

    BB & Apple refuse to help Eaton Fire victim

    If I could give them no stars, I would. Headphones purchased as Christmas gift for my daughter burned in Eaton fire. Apple care refuses to replace. And will not even refund the apple care price.

    Unable to exchange my headphones without sending them out for repairs 1st with no estimate on return. Apple products suck especially when you don’t purchase directly from apple.

    Apple is a pain. I seriously avoid apple for this very reason. Bestbuy honored the warranty ane they are great with their warranties buy i need to call apple and jump thru a bunch of hopps for refund.

    My beats don’t work well , very cheap quality and with the coverage they don’t want to exchange them. The background is always louder than my voice when I’m on the phone.

    After a year the head phones stop working, and this is the second pair. The first pair the left ear stop working in two days.

    It’s not worth getting the apple care as it doesn’t really cover anything. I had an earbud that was crushed and they wanted to charge me $100 just to replace the earbud. I invested in some other headphones instead.

    I bought Beats Mega Pro light Blue head phones, they dnt charge no more, I went 2 Apple Store 3 times, they told me that I had 2 go 2 Best Buy, called Best Buy they told call Apple Support. Apple Support will not give me the color of my earphones, they only have black ones, these headphones cost me 300 & they stopped charging. Im really disappointed in Apple.
