STAY AWAY - Worst Earbuds Ever

These are the worst earbuds I have in my possession. They will not stay in my ear, regardless of the gummy size you put on. They slip out after 30 seconds. I went to a music festival and couldn't even use them as impromptu earplugs because they would immediately fall out. I have a pair of knockoff earbuds similar to these and are way better. These would also constantly disconnect bluetooth. Its a shame, because I have good experiences with Beats, these just are not it.

BB & Apple refuse to help Eaton Fire victim

Headphones purchased as Christmas gift for my daughter burned in Eaton fire. Apple care refuses to replace. And will not even refund the apple care price.

Bestbuy honored the warranty ane they are great with their warranties buy i need to call apple and jump thru a bunch of hopps for refund.

Not worth it.

I had an earbud that was crushed and they wanted to charge me $100 just to replace the earbud. I invested in some other headphones instead.

Apple gave me the run around

Apple Support will not give me the color of my earphones, they only have black ones, these headphones cost me 300 & they stopped charging. Im really disappointed in Apple.
