    The loops cracked early in the 3rd year so it was out of warranty. Then the actual ear bud speaker just came apart. I never got them wet and only used them an hour a day for working out. Will never buy a Beats product again.

    Came in handy when the headphones were not putting sound out. Was a bit disappointed that there was a deductible fee. When originally making the purchase sales rep told me that that's all the fees.
