Every time I buy something with Apple and get it to your warranty it’s awesome they only had to use it once

I always recommend to get Insurence for anything, I never broke anything or had to use my AppleCare but you never know.

They're going to ask you if you want to dispute your issue with AppleCare through Apple or Best Buy when having a problem with your Apple product. I recommend, however, that you go through Apple's customer service regarding your Apple product rather than Best Buy's. Best Buy doesn't really have the ability to help you with your item or replace it like Apple does. I wasted my time by asking the Geek Squad for help because they couldn't do anything.
