    In our experience, Apple care has been very helpful, and thankfully rarely needed. But we always purchase it. We expected this coverage to work the same as it does for other devices when the air pod case had a defect, but not only was Apple customer service IMPOSSIBLE to deal with, Best Buy could not help us, even though that’s where it was purchased, but they are trying to charge US more money for replacing something that CAME with problems! Disappointed and praying for no more issues since the Apple care did us NO good when there actually was an issue.
