Works great, love how fast it detects the paired phone and syncs. Only down side it can slip off the ear at times

I’m such an accident prone person that I had to receive apple protection. I’ve had my first technical difficulty recently and the process to have have my AirPods checked was really smooth. All I had to do was make an appointment with geek squad in store and allow them to inspect my product.

I can remember buying some electrical items and I didn’t get enough type warranty so now I know the best thing is to pay that extra money and protect your investment so the extra that I paid out is worth it because anything happened to my electrical items I can get it repaired thank you

Would 100% recommend getting a protection plan, from apple or best buy, or a third party if you like.

It’s a hefty premium, yes. Is it worth it? I think so. These earbuds are ridiculously expensive, and I’ve owned enough pairs to confidently say that 99% of earbuds (cheap to expensive) do not last 2 years with regular use. Free upgrade? ;)

Bought them for my wife and the silicone material is causing ear irritation, peeling and some draining. We started reading other reviews on Google and she's not the only one with these issues. Not everyone had this problem but quite a few did. I gave them 3 stars cause the quality sound and product is great but the reaction to the rubber material sucks.

Always a must for a expensive set of headphones. You can never go wrong with added insurance.

My daughter thought it was really important to have it just in case something happened to her AirPods.

I haven’t had to use this coverage but, I feel like I am so blessed just in case as I use my laptop & drink my water & it accidentally tips over I am covered. Wine glasses can tip too or drink of choice. Buy this coverage it’s worth it.

Design : its an upgrade from previous beats headphones. Build quality has improved. Smart unfold to turn on and off. Comfort: if you have big ears this on ear style is not for you. But its comfortable enough for a short period of use. Compatibility: if you use iphone (apple device) the convenience of apple new chip let you switch between apple device. Android user still can use the headphone with limitations feature.

The customer service with the protection and installations is great. Took care of my issues with purchases.

Who doesn't like protection? If you know like i know, you better getcha some.
