Good product seems to work fine so far as well as the price is ok, kids love it for gaming

They replaced everything that goes wrong with something better it makes the price a lot cheaper if you buy this for example normally it would cost you 130 dollars to fix you Macs screen but if you have apple care + it would be 20 or 50 dollars instead of 130 dollars !

Care is what we need always. I like to protect my investments especially electronics!

This is great to have if a time comes that you need it. Maybe 50/50 wheather or not you end up needing and using it. If needed though, you would be thankful to have it.

So had to take Apple air buds in and they wanted to repair my set , I had to buy a set to use , than return them? Why not just give me the new pair , so after they were fixed I had to send the loaner pair i purchased back ? Seemed like a waste of money for Apple?

Don’t B S me! I bought this bc it sounded like something that wasn’t full of b s. I cannot tell you the disappointment I’ll experience if they break and you don’t fix them. Your coverage said ANY DAMAGE! Dropping, water.. any! It better be true.

I have not had to use apple care for my airpod pros but I have used apple care on a laptop in the past and they blew me away with their quick response to my problem. They sent me a box pre labeled to send back. I sent them my laptop and had it back like 2 days later fixed and ready to go.

Great sound quality. But 2nd pair that one started to have the sound go out.

It's always a good idea to buy peace of mind. Things brake and kife happens.

Having the AppleCare is the best thing I ever paid for had a problem they replaced it

If having any apple product you need Applecare in case something stops working it will save you do much in the long run. Have used it twice for my iphone and recently got my airpods fixed. So glad I had this to cover the costs

Purchased this at Christmas for my birthday p year old daughter. Although she had some problems with the AirPods, we were able to Google the issue and resolve it ourselves. Haven’t had to use this yet, but like knowing it exists if we need it.

Apple care is a must AirPods are pricey and very easy to loose need to have Warranty on them.

Its a very good deal if I lose are brake them they can be replaced but that is not going to happen
