Make your life simple and always get Apple Care , I haven’t had a bad experience when dealing with them and at the end of the day Apple items can’t be handled by many third-party repair facilities. I know it costs, but it’s worth it

So far nothing has gone wrong so I can’t really give any meaningful evaluation of something I have no experience with. Given the money paid I’m sure I’ll get good service. Apple has never let me down before with their devices so I expect the same from this.

Get your AppleCare at Best Buy for your headphones. So far all my devices have been fixed at Best Buy with the Apple care when I have a problem with them so I recommend getting the Apple care whenever you buy a device at Best Buy.

I usually don't buy extended warranties and rely on the manufacturer warranty. But with the way things are produced in higher quantities lately, I've begun purchasing the extended warranties on the upper-end products, Apple being in the high price range.

I get AppleCare on all of my Apple products! It help the pocketbook if something happens to your Apple product. With AirPods, there’s always the possibility of losing one and AppleCare will cover it with a deductible.

It’s a good decision only because you can drop these any time and break them or your dog can find them and chew them. I recommend because of how expensive they are! To bad it don’t cover lost or stolen tho that would be The icing on the cake.

Wireless technology is pretty amazing, unfortunately in the past I have had problems with dyssynchrony between the 2 earbuds. AppleCare plus will give me 2 years of product support/replacement. Would recommend.
