Excellent service, great prices, highly recommended

Always get the apple care. You never know when something goes wrong. It is so important to have on you. As a result you can find yourself being taken care of. The apple support line have all sorts of tricks up their sleeves to help and support when the product breaks down. Just glad they have it for headphones.

I highly recommend the Apple Care Warranty. I had a pair loose volume(Not plugged related) and without Apple Care it would have cost the amount of new ones to get them fixed. The reason for this is the way they are made they can't be repaired so they replace them with a repair cost of new ones. Get the Apple Care it is worth it.

Definitely worth paying the AppleCare when you buy an expensive product. I have already needed to use it a couple times since one or both of the headphones went bad early on when I bought them. But no worries when you have the AppleCare and they replace it immediately. Has saved me more money already than making this purchase!

Great for Apple products, I wouldn't advise buying any apple products without having Apple Care. Anything can go wrong and having the protection is critical for repair or replacement.. As I have this service for IPODS, teenagers can be hard on items.. so we need these products and programs to protect our investments

AppleCare+ is something u must get when purchasing these earphones because I had an experience with a pair that only one quite working an wouldn’t take a change so I took it back to the store an AppleCare+ took great care of it for me with no problem so please take care of your product that u love buy purchasing AppleCare+

Great coverage and rapid customer service response.

Glad to have AppleCare. It has twice saved me having to replace my son's Beats. The $29 fee for service is a lot less than replacement at $25. And the last time I took them in, they were shipped to Las Vegas, repaired, and back to Maine in 3 days.

AppleCare+ seems to be a great value if you are someone that tends to have issues with technology products or has unfortunate events happen to them. AppleCare+ can provide peace of mind to anyone so that they can enjoy their Apple products for the term of the plan without any worries about unexpected expenses.

Great price for warranty can replace twice great deal.

Its a no brainer to splurge on the Apple care + for your Apple products. Apple is a well made brand but who knows what could happen, the coverage is great and my local Best Buy is an authorized location we can take our Apple devices for repair so we don't have to fight the crowd at the Apple Store.

Great protection for kids devices and not the expensive!

I sometimes hesitate to spend the extra dollars for an Apple product insurance policy which this basically is, but always glad I have it when it’s needed. Really wish Apple would give you two years after the original first year, but no such offer. Anyways, if you need it, it will save you a lot. This was purchased for an Apple Watch.

The headphone beats with an excellent bar my daughter still uses them I didn't have to use my protection plan yet. The headphones still working good no shortages or anything the sound is good the quality is excellent I will be telling a friend of family member anyone I know about it

Good but Apple Store gave me a hard time over replacing broken Beats headphones. Experience would say it was just the person I was dealing with. Apple is usually great about AC+. If the price seems like juuuust a little too much, I’d still recommend you get this. Trust me, Apple s*** breaks too just like everything else. Only difference is it’s way too expensive to begin with. Get insurance of some kind!

Since the Apple Air Pod Pro’s don’t fit very well it is very important to have protection for the two incidents a year that are available at $29/incident. Something tells me Apple knows the potential for issues due to dropping or quality matters. Neat tech concept and hoping the are sustainable.

Replacement or repairs for 2 years on apple devices definitely will way over cost what it pays you to grab this with your devices. This one is a must get if you are buying either of these apple devices (unless its on super clearance and you don't care)... but if its at full or new price, you'd be truly foolish to pass this up!

Have Apple Care+ for everything I’ve purchased , kitchen appliances, TV and smaller purchases, so I won’t have any issues with repair or replacement, especially with the value of electronics these days. Together with the Geek Squad Plan, I have peace of mind.
