You must have AppleCare. We have many Apple products in our home. I never contemplate on getting Apple Care. It is easy when needed and keeps replacements very inexpensive.

Apple care has been key for my headphones because if they get damaged they pretty much handle everything and make it easier. There isnt any hassle when exchanging defective headphones

Good but I never had to use it cuz my earphones never broke

I recommend you to get this when you buy any of your Apple devices. I like that if one of my Apple products were to be damaged I can take it in and it will be fixed or replaced.

I had the first generation AirPods and didn’t have insurance on them, big mistake. One of my headphones fell out of my ear and hit the floor and the sounds quality dropped, wish I had this insurance

A must for any Apple Product, good coverage and good customer care representation. A must for any apple mac book and mac book pro. Would also have on air pods as well.

I would definitely recommend buying this. One of my ear pods went bad a few months after purchase. They replaced it with no issues

Haven’t need to use it yet but I don’t know if I’ll be able to use it for my case bc it has dents and scratches on it and will probably look into being able to get a new on

Since the quality of Apple product have really gone down, I would not by another Apple product without AppleCare. The great thing about AppleCare, is they now cover Accidental Damage.

Get it even if you dont use it. Worth the 25$ and will save your butt in the long run. Heard of too many bad stories of things breaking and wish they had Applecare!

It's critical to know that without a warranty, Apple simply cannot and won't help you. For a headphone that isn't waterproof but water-resistant, don't find yourself in a tricky spot.

Love Apple Music always have what I’m looking for. I just wish that when they offer three months you get three months but if your existing customer you only get one month.

Got it when I purchased my AirPods!! It was suggested that should buy it!! Just in case something will happen to my AirPods it has a great cover in case something happen to them!

I'm so glad that the representative who assisted me recommended this for the airpods I purchased. I would suggest that anyone who buys an apple product purchase apple care.

I purchased this because i am very clumsy and always bumping into things. Also, i have it, just in case they break because of water issues or falling out of my ear.

Always get an extended on warranty items it always comes in handy when you have an issue and you realize you don’t have to pay out of pocket due to having the insurance

Never had any problem getting the headphones replace when the last pair stopped working. Staff is wonderful and showed where to get the other set.

Happy I got the AppleCare+ 2yr Plan for my son's wireless Razer headphones. In the event that anything breaks, etc., Best Buy makes it easy to return/replace the item for up to two years.

I like the warranty from Bestbuy. I normally have no issues when I need assistance with a product with the GeekSquad plan. I wish there was a plan when I bought my first set.

It’s a must to buy this plan when purchasing your apple product. It’s very helpful when you have problems with the product.
