    I helped for nothing. I took my iMac to get it fix or exchange it. They told me I had to returned it to Best Buy, they could not replace it because it was bought in Best Buy. It is an apple product and had the apple care and the stuff broke down within days. !!! com' on. Do me the favor. It is your product where ever you nought it. Apple should and must honor the apple care extended warranty no matter where you bought it. Mac failed me this time.
