    We used our apple care for iPad we purchased. They replaced my sons when it just got dented. The only complaint I have is that they charge you the full price of a new iPad until you have returned the original iPad. However, I was happy with their service.

    Helpful especially for kid user. Once the screen get wet and we used apple care and replaced it (not sure new or not but it work) with a small amount of fee

    Very simple to get a tablet replaced, if needed. Get everything done in the Apple support app. Then ship it out. Love how simple it is.

    So I've had a number of Apple products and I have been saved by AppleCare. From broken screens, dead batteries, failed cameras, failures to update, and the list goes on. Forums don't always answer the questions and sometimes it's in tech talk and it's over my head. In comes AppleCare to save the day. Small price for a piece of mind. Bam!
