    I bought this protection since Best But can't offer their Geek Squad protection plans. I won't know if it's worth the $99 unless something happens to the IPad Pro

    I didn't think I'd ever need AppleCare then in the Spring I dropped the iPad I purchased last November. It hit the tile floor just on the corner and shattered the screen - yes it was in a good case. Lesson learned, buy AppleCare with the replacement iPad!

    I wouldn't purchase an Apple product because it more than has paid its' way in the past. Not necessarily because you will need it for a hardware issue, but it is helpful to be able to speak to a live human to help you work something out with the software.
