previous i did not buy Apple Care. but my last few purchases of apple products i purchased i bought Apple Care. Not only do the cover the product but if you have any questions about iOS or the device just call them they will walk you through how it works, money well spent

Would always recommend Apple care on any product for the price of it you can’t go wrong if you have an issue that’s not covered within the year considering what an out of pocket repair would cost Usually Apple products don’t break down but you never know

Bought an ipad for my 7 year old and bought this apple care havent used it but cant beat paying 50 for a new one instead of 600+ for another tablet

There was a promotion going on that allowed me to get the AppleCare for free with my purchase when I combined my rewards points. I haven't used it yet so I can't say how effective it is, but the peace of mind that comes with it is very nice. It allows any damage to be repaired except water damage. At least that's what I was told.

Must have for keeping your gear alive!! AppleCare+ helps protect your equipment purchase to ensure you can use it for many years to come. Highly recommend with every piece of Apple hardware you buy as repairs can be very costly.

Always buy the additional coverage. It's a piece of mind!!

About a year after I bought my iPad, I fell asleep while using it in bed. When I woke up, I sat up, stepped out of bed and crack! The iPad had fallen on the floor and I stepped right on the screen. I felt sick to my stomach thinking about how much money I'd just lost. AppleCare to the rescue! There is a $49 charge each time you cause accidental damage to your device and need it fixed or replaced. And usually with a cracked screen they just fix the screen and you get the same iPad back. And that still would have been way better than having to pay for it myself or buy a brand new one. But here's the great part - my iPad had started charging very slowly recently. They tested my battery health and found that it was bad enough that the iPad needed to be replaced. So not only was I not charged the $49 fee because of the damage to the screen, I was sent a brand new iPad in the mail in just a couple days. AppleCare - you are my hero lol!

This is a Murphy's Law type purchase: if you have it, you don't use it. If you don't have, you will need it. Learned our lesson the hard way (although it's not clear why the iPad was a necessary accessory while walking the dog) - didn't need this the 2nd time around. Price of AppleCare+ appears to be more competitive than say paying a month rate through your phone carries. Tech Support is handy, but we're fairly self-sufficient without it.

Purchased with the new iPad Pro. Don’t know if I will ever need to use this protection, unless something goes wrong with the device. Prefer not to have anything go wrong with the iPad. So, not sure about the useful- or uselessness of the protection. However, better to stay protected than feeling sorry later.

I have not needed any servicing at the moment as my iPad came in great condition and has not had a fault since. However, reading the guidelines it is safe to say that my product will be protected in any emergency. I will, however, update my review on the service whenever I do need it, if I do need in within the 2 years coverage plan.

Just in case I drop it. It will be protected and replaced

I felt unsold when I bought this. No way I was going to damage this expensive item. Well fast forward 8 months I dropped it and the smallest crack in the frame bothered me. So I used the Apple Care and it worked!

Good price seamless company warranty with good features

The apple care+ for Ipad is a must have! I much rather go through apple than the geeksquad where they want money for every little thing. I have the apple care on all my apple products and will continue paying for it when I upgrade phones. Must have for everyone, even the careful ones because hardware goes bad and it covers that!

Got to have it. I hate buying a warranty but when you need it there is nothing like it - especial with Apple Care. Sometime I wish they had a lifetime warranty program because as soon as the warranty expires that when it finally breaks.

This was the product that makes me seldom touch a laptop or pc anymore. Its perfect for the large ammount i do and is fast enough with this generation to do all i need. I didnt need to spend the extra money to have the "pro" for what i want this for. Light games. Movies and web. And apple care is the beat warrenty on the market.

Excellent plan that is inexpensive. My wife dropped her iPad Air and the screen cracked. I took the iPad to see if it could be repaired, but the technician recommended simply replacing the iPad Air at no cost. That was a great bargain!

I purchased AppleCare more than a year ago when I purchased my iPad Pro 12.9. Recently, I accidentally broke my iPad and it was damaged beyond use. I contacted AppleCare and within 2 days, I had a replacement on my doorstep. Would have cost me hundreds of dollars to have it fixed without the protection provided by AppleCare.

This is the first time I have had an AppleCare plan and after the issues I have had previously with some Apple products, I couldn't go wrong. I was able to buy the plan right at the register and it was active on my new iPad right away.
