Gotta love the protection plan. Nothing can go wrong with being safe! Better to have it and boot need it, than need it and not have it.

With an expensive purchase like the iPad Pro, I felt it was a good investment. Hopefully I won't need to use it, but it's good insurance to have. I normally don't purchase extended coverage.

Had enough products to know that protection is necessary. Kids beat these things up and have had broken scratched screens before!

I always buy the warranty, it helps if the iPad is damaged or needs replaced. Apple is always easy to work with.

Not sure why Best Buy is asking me to review AppleCare which is not a physical item but a protection plan. But anything Apple is good.

Nothing makes me happier than knowing my product is protected. I remember in college I’d never get the extra care and always regretted it. Best Buy also is so great at honoring these and make little fuss when it comes to addressing issues with your product

I’m glad I purchased Apple Care. An unfortunate glitch in my iPad occurred. No questions asked my iPad was replaced with a new one!

Goes hand in hand with the apple device. Your paying top dollar, it’s sensible to protect and get insurance for it.

If you can’t have something without it breaking you should get this! I however don’t need this because I’m not a klutz. My wife however and my kids are. So I get this on the big stuff for them. If you’re not a klutz this is a rip off.

I've only called once, but the call was answered timely by a person in the U. S.. The lady I spoke with was patient and answered all my questions. I won't hesitate to call again.

I wanted to protect my high $ Apple purchase and why not purchase the Apple protection!! It was such a simple decision so I'd have peace of mind for my high $ purchase!! It's a must!!!

Worth it if you are not the most careful person. It will give you peace of mind knowing you have extended care and service if needed.

This protection is great as long as the device doesn’t get wet or stolen. Great piece of mind for cracked screens and malfunctions.

I recommend that you always purchase apple care with any apple product. They will replace your product if something is wrong with giving you a refurbished product.

The customer service was excellent. I now have zoom thanks to the geek squad. They were just so pleasant and I cannot thank them enough.

I normally don't purchase extended warranties, however since this iPad will go wherever our daughter goes it's definitely worth the extra money to cover the iPad for peace of mind.
