Have never had a problem with this iPad mini but wanted some protection

I hope to not have to use this warranty coverage at all for my iPad, but we have had to use it for my wife's electronics and it provides a great peace of mind!

Great plan to have for any electronics. Thank goodness we haven't had to use it but it is there if we need it.

Always get the coverage for this product had to use it and best buy stands behind it and are more than helpful.

I highly recommend getting apple care for any of the Apple products it is by far the best insurance plan out there only 29 dollars to fix a cracked screen

Must have the protection especially if you plan on letting children use tablet. Still not sure why apple is exclusive and not allowing bestbuy to use geek squad?

I'm happy I have the apple care. I have it for my watch as well. I've never had to use to it on the product but bought it just in case. No complaints thus far!

You have children???? Buy AppleCare and when things do break, you're covered! Dropped a weight on my phone and after the deductible I was able to get a new phone.
