Excellent warranty downfall is the long drive to the Apple store, like to see Geek Squad address warranty issues versus the Apple store

Gave security in case of any issues. Never had to use it.

I typically don’t buy extended warranties. But AppleCare is such an outstanding product that I get it for every Apple product I purchase.

I bought an iPad for my niece and she dropped it about two weeks after getting it so the plan is great.

While very reliable and great to have, apple itself is difficult to reach with very long wait times when calling Apple customer service. Some of the representative have been rude and have acted like a customer does not know everything regarding trouble shooting and will not realize the fact that some consumer's can trouble shoot and resolve problems on their own and if they're calling chances are they have tried it and further trouble shooting then what has been tried needs to be done and there's not reason to retry other factors that have been tried.

This is simple peace of mind at a great price. Cannot go without this when buying today’s tech.

I felt more comfortable to take out the plan than be sorry if something went wrong as I love to use my I pad and would be lost without it.

A must have for iPad Pro plus. Only makes sense to have protection for something that cost 700 plus and could break with one drop of the device.

For protection of a new iPad purchase. Hopefully it’s not needed but nice to ha e the protection.

Usually do not spend extra for a Plan, but realized my Ipad Pro would be on the move and subject to the unknown..buy it, it's worth it.

haven't used it yet (iPad is still new), but it seemed like a good value since the iPad is going to school w/ my daughter.. better safe than sorry.

Bought AppleCare for my 13 year olds iPad. Was needed within days - got a replacement for broken device quickly and without stress.

When I purchased my iPad Pro I also purchased Apple care because if anything happens to my new iPad I can feel safe knowing I have peace of mind

Consider this a 3.5 review rounded up... AppleCare is overpriced, but if you need it, you get top notch care! Even if you buy it used, as long as you have all the pcs information. I once had a imac with a 3 year AppleCare plan that I bought from ebay used, and when it had a problem it was quickly taken care of! With this said, I'm not your typical Apple user. I got a few imacs (Well the first) out of sheer curiosity, and then upgraded it a couple times since I became an iOS dev, but I'm not a diehard Apple fan. We aren't even talking about iMacs here, we're talking iPads, and one (iPad Mini) where the AppleCare plan is 1/4th of the price (1/3rd of the price if you get it on sale...). This is quite a bit ridiculous and imo not worth it. Even the regular ipads are kinda ridiculous here as it only gives another year of warranty. In summary, don't buy unless you are ultra unlucky or clumsy and have a bad habit of destroying ipads

I am at ease knowing my apple products have apple care coverage. The coverage was conviene and easy.

Apple care is a much for all Apple products. It is a great way to cover your products. Their customer service is amazing. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this Apple Care Protection Plan. I will absolutely purchase this product again.
