I don’t find that Apple plans are as good as Best Buy. With Best Buy you say you have an issue. Show them and it’s replaced. With apply you tell them you schedule a consultation. Someone tries to fix your item and then you spend the next week waiting for a replacement typically refurbished. But this is my experience. Wrote a review on yours.
