    Not living in Waterloo, the making of an appointment makes it easier as it eliminates the waiting and if you need to leave your iPad, they will try to do it while you go shopping or something so you to save you a second trip. They are very good about explaining everything, very knowledgeable and are give you various options when available.

    If you need insurance then this is the best you can get. If you think your handling is good and ok if iPad gets broken then you should stay away from any insurance. Applecare+ is good though.
