I just bought my 13 year old an iPad there at Best Buy about 2 months ago. Being that it is an expensive device I felt the need to purchase protection. It seemed affordable and honestly this is my first purchasing apple care. I've always purchased I insurance through geek squad. I really hope I don't have to use I and if one day I do I will let you know how that goes. For now I have peace of mind that it is protected.

Apple care is always a must. Accidents do happen. Just knowing you have have protection is a stress relief.

This is the first time in buying the AppleCare 2 year plan. I've not had any problems with my new IPad Pro since I purchased it in July 2016. I hope I never have to use it, but I thought if I do have something go wrong...it would be a good idea to have this plan

A “no brainer” for me! If you get nice stuff…protect it!! I like to know that I have protection, it makes having nice stuff less of a worry! People usually think it is not worth it, or they do not want to spend the extra money…but I always include the cost when shopping for a new Apple device. Include it in your budget, and it will not be a big decision at the last minute.

Great coverage to protect the IPad. It gives me a lot of security with my 13 year old having one.

I have had no issues with my apple products but this tablet i bought the 2 year plan just in case because it was for my daughter.

Recommend highly that you purchase the Apple Care+ extended warranty. If your computer component fails, Best Buy does not work on the computer but sends it to Apple. We purchased and used Apple Care+ before and it is worth the money.
