Apple care+ is amazing... even if nothing happens to the Ipad itself, there is something about that piece of mind knowing if something were to happen you would be covered... kinda like wearing a helmet while riding a skateboard and doing a faceplate... you didn't need the helmet because you destroyed your face but if you had it was there...

If there is one warranty you want to buy it is apple care plus. For the iPad it is essential considering that it’s a mobile device that you will be carrying around with you, so you never now. $69 buys you peace of mind, for two years. Apple stand behind their products and considering that you can take it to either a Best Buy or an Apple store for service or tutorials, must have.

Yes it may seem like it’s a steep price but it’s worth it because with AppleCare plus you don’t have to worry about accidental damage being covered. I always put it on my Apple products and only ever how to use it once but it’s nice not having to worry. Granted there is a price to pay to get it fixed even with the protection plan but normally you end up getting a new device so again why not

I have not talked to apple care in the last 4 months, but before when I had to, it went very well. The Apple rep was friendly and knowledgeable but when they did not understand something they alway connected me to a higher rep that did. They resolve problems most all the time. Unless you have to send your machine in, it can be resolve with Apple Care easy. They are available 24/7.

Apple Care was definitely worth it. This Ipad was for a 2 year old and we did have ine accident. Loved that i didn't have to buy a new Ipad

Costly but provides protection and replacement (for an $800 item) for the first couple of years. Worth the cost.

Pruchased an ipad for my wife and also purchased AppleCare 2 year produce in case any problems, accidents, etc. Hopefully not needed, but will give some peace of mind.

Having purchased four of these unit now, the last two I bought the Apple Care. The times I have used it, it was a no muss no fuss exchange (these were other products, but the same Apple Care none the less). If you get a good deal on the Apple Care, then get it. You really have to weigh the price of the item, and what it will be used for to justify the cost. Since this was around kids, it fit the bill.

I always purchase the Apple care plans for any of my Apple products because your deductible is much cheaper if you have to replace your product, you can always call and get Apple support over the phone for any of your products and just having AppleCare gives me the ease of mind if my product becomes defective or stolen.
