Smooth process, great if you have little kids whom are likely to break the device/damage the screen. Take it to Apple and they will replace the device, minus the deductible.

The techs know what their doing. Excellent communication and extremely knowledgeable. I used them 2x’s and was 100% more than satisfied.

I never buy Apple products with AppleCare! I wish AppleCare was for longer than two years but I'm glad I have it so if anything goes wrong, the products can be fixed and even replaced!

AppleCare is almost a necessity. It is relatively cost effective and it relieves a lot of stress because you don't have to worry about your device breaking or having any issues.

The one time I used Apple care that involved a replacement screen for a MacBook Pro they came through and replaced it without a lot of squawking. So that is good. Their telephone support for other problems that could be handled by phone has been excellent.
