Sometimes you have questions and it is good to have a place to go to . Reminds me I have to ask them how to stop a split screen in my email. Remember you are not the only person with questions and sometimes you have to wait til it’s your turn to talk to someone.

Have always bought electronic protection for all items bought at Best Buy. Only used one time and the Geek Squad at Best Buy were the best. Best Buy service is the BEST THERE IS

I always purchase Applecare for my Apple devices (except Apple TV). I have done so since 2008 and have never been sorry. It has paid for itself in tech support and convenience.

the case is awesome. it cleans very esily and does protect the ipad from any damages. The folding pieces are great to watch cooking videos on the kitchen counter. My wife loves it

Hopefully nothing ever happens to my iPad but this is just a safety net . Learned from mistakes and I didn't have it on one of my iPhones and it broke want make that one again !!!

Apple warranty’s are always a must I didn’t need this for my particular device but I’ve had to use in the past and they are great

my kids love ipads, they also aren't the best at not dropping them . . . . apple care + keeps everyone happy

I bought this product for other units and they do work as advertised and the service is easy to call upon if and when needed

My kids love this. The display is great and we haven’t had any technical issues in over a year. The only con would be the screen being too fragile. It would be nice if Apple incorporated something like the gorilla glass technology into their iPads.

Been one year and haven’t used it yet. Guess the Apple product is quality.
