when purchasing a new iPhone, you need protection. AppleCare+ for iPhone - monthly plan. its a good thing to have insurance on your phone in case you loose it or break it. I rather have insurance from AppleCare+ then through my service provider so that I can go to best buy or apple store or service provider for help, rather than just the provider. I would recommend this to a friend

Not even a question. You buy an Apple product you buy AppleCare. You can use it for so much. Tech support. Hardware replacement. Etc. love it

A must for the new iPad. Great value and you never know what can go wrong. This adds to the factory warranty.

If you are going to spend all that money purchasing your high-end electronics, I highly recommend Applecare plans. They can save you a lot of money in the end.

Since my IPad Pro is less than a month old, I haven't had to use this Applecare product. All has worked fine thus far. It seemed like a good deal for the money.

Don't love after market warranties but the protection for this apple product could be ok if there are accidents but overall, we realize that this product is solid and won't probably have an issue on it's own. We bought the warranty because we gave it as a gift. I would not buy the warranty for myself.

This was a needed purchase for my wife's iPad. She is pretty accident prone, so this was a purchase that I needed to make.

Buy buy buy. Hate to replace a 11 month old iPad cause it cost almost as much to replace the broken screen.

Best Buy is now a partner with Apple and can accept and make repairs. This policy allows additional coverage for those that wish a little more then the Mfg.

Have not use the apple care yet and hope not to as the product cost our ways any defect that should occur

Being able to get help at Apple Store is comforting and will be good for help with any problems or questions should be good value for the price.

when you need protection against damage. I would hate to spend so much money on an item that breaks within a few months of having it and no way to replace it.
