It's known that Apple devices are overpriced (there's reasons for that) - so buying AppleCare to cover the device for another 2 years is usually a good idea. When something goes wrong, one can just visit any Apple Store or an authorized repair center (like Best Buy). It's also awesome that Best Buy now offers Apple Care - there's nothing cooler than getting an Apple device at a great price (not sure how; but, Best Buy always seems to offer Apple products at a lower price than Apple Stores), with AppleCare, and getting By Best Buy points for buying it through them.

You can download apple support in Your apple ipad and chat with someone or schedule a time and date for someone to call you. Its helpful. Apple support is helpful and honest and patient but most of all Cherish and value thru customers satisfaction and are all professional for sure!!!

I just bought my 13 year old an iPad there at Best Buy about 2 months ago. Being that it is an expensive device I felt the need to purchase protection. It seemed affordable and honestly this is my first purchasing apple care. I've always purchased I insurance through geek squad. I really hope I don't have to use I and if one day I do I will let you know how that goes. For now I have peace of mind that it is protected.
