    This was a rare promotion . Free apple care plus . And an additional $50 off. Who wouldn't do that ? Normally I would never pay for Apple Care . But since it's free this time around. I may consider it next time . It covers accidents at a minimal deductible. $50 I think. 2 years and up to 2 claims . I hope they do this promotion more . Only reason I bought this iPad air 2. It was finally on sale.

    I was able to take advantage of it after a year or so, when my ipad broke. Apple replaced my product and am happy with buying a care plan.
