    Anyone who uses apple products should buy this, is a no brainer in my opinion since you're buying something so expensive.

    Though I have apple care+, I have to take the device to best buy to get it fixed. I prefer sending it back to apple like I would with products purchased directly from apple. Not the customer service I was expecting. It will probably take a month for my replacement iPad.

    Apple care is nowhere near as good as geek squad with apple care you have to send in your iPad with geek squad if your product is defective they will more than likely just replace it with a brand new one on the spot
