Don’t bother with apple care
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since the advisor, and in person tech support, we’re friendly and did their best, they get 1 star. But this review is for the actual Apple Care+ warranty or product. I would have given them a 0. Great you bought the warranty but don’t review the product unless you actually use or need it. Advisor and tech were not empowered to do much other than push it up the chain. Despite coverage clearly stating apple keyboards were covered, they would not honor the apple care coverage for their glitchy keyboard which after about 1 yr quit working and we tolerated for 4 - 5 months since you can use the software keyboard. For ~$160 keyboard, they are not worth the money. And neither is the apple care+ 2 yr warranty.
