Covers most everything. Is a little too expensive and closest location is 45 mins away to service products

This is a must, every time I purchase a phone or upgrade for a family member. If it can be broke, my family can find a way. Or better said, I don’t care where we are in line when we get our brand new phone, WE get the defective one! LOL

I wouldn't have it any other way. Such a small price to pay to be at ease knowing I am covered on my purchase. Able to cancel at anytime, and have it on each and every Apple Product of this nature I have purchased. Would do it again. Benefits out weigh the cost by far.

We have always had Samsung phones in the past with Geek squad protection. Their protection is good but the deductible to fix a cracked screen is outrageous. I was sold on the Iphone more when we heard about the Apple care plan and the low cost to replace a cracked screen.

Good idea to buy apple care on your phones. You will be glad you purchased the apple care

I was very happy to have apple care because my kids are not too careful with their phones . We used it when my daughter cracked her screen, very easy to use, no hassles, and her phone is fixed. I would not hesitate to encourage people to get this insurance, it is worth it!

It's worth the peace of mind the last time we didn't have it in my girlfriend broke a phone so for $7 a month I believe it's worth having this specially the way cell phones can break if you drop

Confidently add this to any new device investment. For mobile, carrier protection is more expensive, and practically an outsourcing scam. Regardless of any criticism you may have toward Apple, they back their products. Apple care+ is VIP support membership

Love how best-buy helps with apple products when something is wrong. They get straight to the point and replacement is very easy unlike going to the actual phone store for help and they turn you away.

It’s always a good idea to get apple care. My phone got messed up 2 years ago, and apple replaced it without me coming out of pocket (with the exception of this monthly payment). For me, it’s easier to pay $10 a month than buying a brand new phone outright.

Don’t buy the iPhone without the Apple care plus insurance!!! We’ve used it seemlessly when one of my other daughter’s screen cracked. Walked into an Apple store, walked out quickly with a replacement. Easy peasy.

When iPhones are $800 to $1100 , you really Need something to protect yourself from being out all that money with an accident or malfunction, and since Best Buy is a authorized apple repair center you don’t have to deal with shipping to apple to get fixed or replaced, just go back to the store !

This is a wonderful service if you have an iPhone. The staff at Apple care are extremely helpful and so easy to work with- on line . On phone and in person. I wouldn’t have an iPhone with out this coverage

I had no idea that I’d i bought my phone from Best Buy I could receive AppleCare+ at a monthly rate, it is extremely convenient and would absolutely recommend. No doubt in my mind I will get every phone from Best Buy since they offer this

Fortunately, I haven’t had to use this plan yet, but having the convenience of being able to take the phone right to Best Buy should anything go wrong, and have everything covered post a minimal deductible is peace of mind.

I have had to use my Apple protection plan through Best Buy recently and the process was painless and covered my damaged phone instantly! I highly recommend this product for those accidental mishaps that may happen to your phone.

AppleCare+ is definitely worth the money, and it's definitely more affordable when you can pay monthly for it. With how expensive out-of-warranty Apple repairs are, it only makes sense to buy AppleCare+ every time.

I went without Apple Care on my past phones after the initial warranty ran out. This time, I finally wised up and decided to pay for it because I may need it at some point. No concerns.
