Absolutely the worst "insurance" available. I broke my phone yesterday. "AppleCare" is stating that it will take 14 DAYS to obtain a new phone, and they aren't even committing to that time frame. First they said 5-7 days, then they changed to 3-5 and then after a full day, they came back with 14 days due to "Covid Delays." This is absolutely unacceptable and I cannot believe that it takes 2 weeks to send a replacement for a phone that I could drive 10 miles to Best Buy to buy a new one. Best Buy should ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND customers participate in AppleCare+ - Apple does NOT care, and the "+" only means extra delays for no reason.

Actually finding the AppleCare monthly plan I wanted proved to be a nightmare through Best Buy. I originally purchased the AppleCare+ but realized I should have purchased the same with Theft and Loss. There are no "upgrade" options once you purchase this through Best Buy - you actually have to cancel that order and then purchase new plan. If Best Buy would redesign their AppleCare page where each plan is described and THEN have a purchase option next to it would make things SO much easier.

I have been paying for an apple care plan and you guys dont even provide an id on the charges? I have to wait 30 mintues for help. I will NEVER order apple care through best buy. APPLE has no record of the plan!!!!!!!!!!!

Apple care doesn’t really care if you cant renew your subscription at anytime.

Usually go to Verizon store but went to Best Buy for phone. Already have insurance through Verizon so when they offered this, I thought it was the same thing until I realized I was being charged for to separate insurance packages. Should be more clear that this is separate from insurance purchased through carrier.
