Haven't had to use yet but has already saved money in the long run over the Verizon monthly plan. Typically I don't need the protection but would rather have it and not use it than not have it and need it. The cost of AppleCare is half the cost of most carrier plans.

Hint……it is glowing! My rule of thumb is to protect any Apple device over $500. With the superb tech support, I invariably get from Apple. They always more than pay for themselves, value-wise.

After reading all the paperwork, talking to Apple Care Support, to ease my mind on some questions, this by far is the best cell phone coverage plan. Adding there is an Apple Store downtown Charleston SC and a service center at Best Buy West Ashley store should anything accidentally happen.

Like a big fluffy blanket stuffed with bubble wrap, when you buy a $1200 phone that’s what you need so you can go home feeling safe comfy and happy. I got the AppleCare because I had a little bit left in my budget and figured I’m going to have it for a long time and I wanted to be safe. And now I am!

I always add this cost to my budget while figuring cost. I've got MANY Apple devices/computers and Apple Care is a must as they will help you from all things basic up to advanced trouble shooting. Worth the cost!

I usually don't purchase insurance plans on electronic devices. The iPhone plan is very good to have because it saved me from a lot of money a few years ago. I had a phone with a speaker that failed to work anymore after about a year of use. I took the phone in and they replace the entire phone no questions asked. I now purchase apple care plus with every phone I have ever purchased to date.

I buy AppleCare for all my Apple products and I almost never buy warranties for products. I started buying AppleCare on my teens' phones since they are so careless with them. Now I buy for the whole family. Also for my Apple computers.

AppleCare is, and always has been good peace of mind when spending nearly $1k on a device that fits into (and can fall out of) your pocket. Don’t wonder if this is right for you.... just get it, and forget it until you need to use it.

Makes it easy when any issues come up. I had to send my phone in for the camera acting up and they mailed me a replacement before I had to mail in my phone. That way I didn't have to spend any time without a phone.

I purchased the AppleCare+ plan when I upgraded my phone. Knowing I have this plan in case I have a phone issue gives me complete peace of mind. It's very inexpensive plan and is worth its weight in gold!

its great to know you have protection for yopur very expensive device. i always purchase applecare anytime i need a new one just to be safe . ive needed to use it a couple of times already and its worth buying applecare.

It is definitely a great option to have especially if you have young children such as myself. Having kids really puts electronics in a high risk for accidents and best to have a little peace of mind.

I am coming close to the end of my AppleCare+ coverage and I didn't have to (and hopefully will not have to) use it at all. The phone I have is covered all throughout with a durable case and screen protector. I find that if you are generally careful with your phone then you possibly wouldn't even need this coverage much, if at all. If the one and only issue you could possibly run into is the battery health being super low, replacing the batteries would be cheaper to do. My iPhone 8 is almost 2 years old yet the battery health is around 89%. I don't think it will get worst enough in time for the battery replacement to be covered by AppleCare+. So, in short, the things that were offered to be covered by this plan weren't beneficial in my experiences. Before you buy this, spend a considerable amount of time reflecting on your lifestyle and see if you would truly need the coverage or if it would be better to get services for specific things separately.

Sometimes I’m not sure if the protection is worth it, until a year or two later when something happens and AppleCare kicks in and takes care of it amazingly well. Highly recommended

Apple Care is worth every penny. Saves you so much money and hassle in the long run if you use your phone often. Truly relieves the fear of any damage or issues your phone might encounter.

Necessity. When you get the iPhone X, it is very wise to protect it. This gives me the peace of mind to know that if anything were to happen I am protected. One of my favorite parts about this plan is if you crack your screen it’s only $35 to replace it.

I was very glad to sign up for AppleCare insurance for my new iPhone. It provides much better coverage than the type I previously carried on my old phone. Best Buy was great about informing me of all the advantages of AppleCare.

Fortunately we have not had to use this on any of our Apple products but just having it available if ever needed gives us peace of mind about using the Apple device in some tight situations

Apple Care+ is always a Must have! cracked screen / issues w/ phone! ? Apple Care+ has got you covered! always purchase extended warranties on electronics , better safe then sorry!

AppleCare is a bargain if you ask me. The support is amazing plus unlimited chargers. The fact that they overnight you a phone is incredible. Every experience I’ve had has been perfect and I have AppleCare on all my apple products.
