Great problem solving skills and customer service

We ran into some problems after buying an unlocked Iphone from best buy Cricket and their parent company ATT locked the phone into their network with out me knowing when we tried to transfer services to spectrum. Apple care informed me that ATT carrier locked the phone and that we needed to contact them.
