Haven't had to use this current purchase of AppleCare, and hopefully won't have to in the future. But in years past with previous lap tops, I've taken advantage of AppleCare, specifically with things like worn out charger cords, etc. It's been worth the price for not only the small things I've used it for, but also for the peace of mind for bigger problems that hopefully don't happen.

If you have children with Apple products you simply have to have AppleCare. It may seem expensive at first, but it is worth every penny. Damage to these devices is all too common in my house so repairs to Apple products is not optional. Without this I would have had to replace the products each time as the repair cost without AppleCare is over-the-top. Yiu will appreciate it everytime you need it.

...for the unforeseen, unexpected, unfortunate "turn of events" when using a small, lightweight, compact and, let's face it, a not inexpensive piece of technology. Having the AppleCare+ agreement gives me great piece of mind. Frankly, I do not expect to use it, as the MacBook is constructed quite well, with durable components, but accidents do happen, and if one should occur, Apple will fix it for me.

AppleCare is the best if something goes wrong with any of your Apple products just call AppleCare and they take care of it right away. I was so impressed when my MacBook Pro screen cracked and I called them and they sent me out a pre paid box the next day to pack up my MacBook Pro and then I send it off to Fed-X and got it back within 2 days. I don’t know what I would do without AppleCare

I buy AppleCare for every Mac purchase. This protection offers me the peace of mind that I need. I am happy to know there is twenty four hour support for any issues that arise. When I have contacted Apple in the past, they have been very helpful. This three year plan will ensure I am protected for the unexpected. This purchase is worth every penny.

I'd recommend purchasing AppleCare+. We have had to use this before in the past for our computers. It'll come in handy. Play it safe and purchase this. This will save you money in the long run, should you have any issues in the future, whether it be for your computer or phone. This has save us a lot of money in the past when we've had issues with other products.

I always purchase the protection plan I’d rather be safe than sorry!

I have recently use this due to my sister’s cracking my screen. Took it to Best Buy sign some paperwork took find my iPhone off the laptop in two weeks it’s was back in my hands.

I usually don't buy protection plans because I feel like I never use them. My MacBook pro wasn't charging even though it was plugged in. Brought it to apple and it had to be sent out for repairs. Thank goodness for Apple care or I would've had to pay $475 for repairs. They shipped it out on Tuesday evening, it was back on Friday morning working like a charm.

Batteries die. Pixels die. Accidents happen. electronics fail. I have used apple care for a laptop or two in my days so if your dropping 2000$ on a laptop it's worth not having a Brick that will cost $300 - $1000 to fix if something goes wrong. Pay, the extra cost for apple care, and like Carma, nothing will go wrong. Don't pay for apple care and something will.

Let’s just say that this will pay for itself in no time. My daughter went to Apple when her laptop was not charging properly. First two times they gave her a new power cord and the third time changed a whole lot of stuff inside it and now it is working just fine. I am not a huge fan of buying additional insurance for my small appliances/purchases, but this is a must for anyone!

The magnet on my macbook pro has broken quite a few amount of times and with this I always got it back for free! The best part is it works around the world so if your on a vacation and your screen breaks you can take it to the nearest apple store and they will repair it for you. And its for free. Even though upfront payment is a lot it is still worth in the end

Seems like a lot, but just sit for a few minutes in any apple store and you’ll hear a parade of people who accidentally broke their product and now are faced with 3 and 4 times the cost of any care policy. It keeps apple as close as your phone for 3 years. You can’t go wrong. And even if you never have to use it, think of it as peace of mind insurance!

I bought this protection product for my new Apple MacBook Pro unit as I have had macintosh computers for many years and always have purchased the protection for the three years of full guarantee and also the three years of tech. support on the phone. Also, Apple tech support is without doubt, the best you can get. Its worth it hands down. thank you.

I bought this for my little sister as a gift because she was off to university. it been 2 years now and she still uses it and also it hasn't let her down. Say what you say about apple productions they are made to last. So I would advise to pay the extra money more a piece of electronic that would last and be useful with other apple products.

When investing in something as expensive as a MacBook Pro, you must be careful to buy all the necessary means of protection. when buying my MacBook years ago, I didn't imagine the peace of mind apple care would provide. While I have used it seldomly, it's always been nice to know that it wouldn't cost me anything out of pocket at the time.

I will always get AppleCare+ for all my apple products.

The Apple care service need for global protection for me. Actually there are no big difference to buy it in Apple shop or best buy. But I searched that best buy has a cheaper price compare with the official. And of course, they have some free gift too. I don't think apple will free something for us.
