Apple care is good. Would be better if we didn’t have to pay per incident in addition to monthly or annual service fees.

You would be crazy not to get this! If you’re buying something at this price point you want to make sure you get the coverage for those just in case situations. I have a 2 year old and I do my best to keep the MacBook out of reach but accidents happen, and this will make them easier to swallow!

I will give it a 5 star rating because I know that Apple always responds favorably to those who buy the guarantees of their products. I bought the AppleCare for my new Macbook Pro M1 chip. It is not good to trust technology so I always recommend buying a warranty on any electronic product.

I usually think the premium charged for an Apple warranty is rake-off, that the company should stand behind it's products more, not use fear of product failure as a profit center. But in this case, as it's for a student, the extended time on a student warranty is a decent deal.

Absolutely a godsend. Was able to replace the screen to my MacBook Pro after a fall. Was charged $99 with AppleCare would have been $800 without. Well worth the investment give them the inherent risk of carrying around a laptop. Will definitely purchase with future laptops as well.

I've used this service at least twice a year on every Apple device I've had. The customer support techs have been so knowledgeable and patient. And, I like that they are available round the clock. I like when the tech steps inside my computer and just takes over to diagnose my problem and fix it!

They definitely provide you with the help you need. Needed to get my keyboard replaced and they did not hesitate or try to sell something else, straight forward repair. Granted this is also covered by the extended keyboard program, I believe the same treatment will persist into the duration of the full 3 years.

The last thing you want to think about when spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on a new computer is an accident but it is certainly worth the money! My friend’s computer just stopped working one day and he has the peace of mind of having Apple Care so when I decided to buy a MacBook Pro, there was no doubt in my mind that I needed the AppleCare with it.

I've never had to use AppleCare on anything thankfully, but I trust this will be excellent in case anything goes wrong. Apple's support has been excellent in other departments and it provides a great peace of mind for one who keeps their devices longer than average, think 3-4 years.

Apple care phone service is 99% great. Occasionally get someone that just does not have any patience. They do not realize THEY are the techies, NOT the client, the person that helps pay their salary. Same about Best Buy staff, they sometime feel annoyed or bothered that a client ask "dumb" questions.

AppleCare has a professional Team and they did a great job with all Apple products. There protection plan is a gem because they really take care of their customers. I would recommend this to everyone. I would never think anyone other than AppleCare specially for Laptop purchases. Very good service and trouble free installation. Thank you AppleCare and Best Buy we love you with your customer centric attitude. I am a big fan of AppleCare and Best Buy total tech support and plan to keep it every year.

Whenever I have issues with my laptop, it is so easy to go to Best Buy and get it fixed. I’m so happy they recommended that I get Applecare.

Apple care is good to have on ur phone plan and laptop plans. They will help you resolve the problems and they will take care off you and your needs.

I recently bought my daughter an Apple Macbook Pro 13 for Christmas. she loves it. says it's amazing. I decided on an Apple Mac and not a HP or any other brand. because the Apple is like the Ferrari of all laptops,phones and basically all electronics. Having said that, even Apple Electronics breakdown that's were AppleCare+ comes in. It's Essential to have for your MacBook . I'm hoping I won't need to use it, But it's a relief knowing you have it on stand by if needed.

Purchased this plan for our college-bound son's computer. It is nice knowing that if anything goes wrong, he can take it to a Best Buy where he's at and get it fixed or replaced! It's also nice to know that Best Buy has a record of this purchase so I don't have to keep up with it.

When purchasing a new Mac, I was eager to get this plan because my other Mac had a tiny chip in the screen that ruined the whole thing. After it broke, the cost was way more to replace the screen than if I had had this plan. That is why it was a no brainer to get it on the new Mac I have now!

Thankfully have not had to use it this time. But the built-in peace of mind is there. On my previous laptop, I did use it after a clumsy move at Starbucks sent my coffee into the keyboard. For something in this price range and use cases, it's a very good idea.

Always knew I needed to buy this for my MacBook Pro, not sure if I’d get it for like an Apple Watch or something else. You never know what could happen, and this just makes the fix/help so much easier. Better to be ease of mind than stress later about it.

I recommend buying apple care for expensive products, items you think you'll damage easily or are very important to your lifestyle/work. Definitely worth purchasing and not having to pay the costs of replacing a screen for example. Getting Applecare also allows me to use most of my devices without a screen protector or case, which is great.

Always recommend AppleCare for peace of mind. This is especially true for laptops, and with these M1 computers, new things could go wrong and you don't want to be stuck after the first year with no coverage. It's easy to buy at the same time as your Mac computer.
