A must with active students! Bought two laptops and two MacBooks thus far with protection plan, one more to go in a few more years. So far only one repair needed for a chipped screen, worth the money! Buy a good backpack to protect your investments as well!

This is well worth the purchase, especially if you have kids or pets in your house. I had a friend spill liquid on my computer and luckily I had it backed up. I also was able to get a new computer since I had purchased from Best Buy which was awesome. Well worth the purchase and the protection provided, trust me.

Definitely recommend AppleCare when buying any Apple product. If you need it once, it's usually paid for itself in that one time. Had to use it twice within a month for my daughter and the Apple Store made the situation easy and fixed the device for a nominal fee.

I bought a Macbook Pro to replace my Dell XPS that couldn't be repaired after a year. Since I travel alot I am rough with my laptops. The Mac fell out of my backpack and broke the screen. I took it to the Apple store and AppleCare replaced the $475 screen in 1 hour at no cost.

Apple has the best customer service of anyone I have ever had to interact with. They always are able to answer your questions or solve a problem. If for some reason the call gets disconnected they always call you back. No one else ever does that!

Great to have especially on products the kids use for school. Apple is very responsive if you reach out to them with issue and work quickly to resolve. Worth the peace of mind as electronics grow more expensive.

AppleCare is the way to go. They are there when you call them and are spot on. The mouse quit working on the MacBook we called them up and they talked us through what to do. In 15 minutes it was working perfectly again

AppleCare is great investment if you are purchasing an Apple device. I bought this with the MacBook Pro I bought during the holidays. When my previous MacBook Pro started to act up, having AppleCare saved me a ton of money.

don't have a lot to say since I have never used it but peace of mind is great. The apple care I had o my last mac book expired before I had problems with the mac book but as expensive as macs are it makes sense to protect it.

Stuff happens... And when it does, it pays to have coverage. It’s worth renewing, as well. The extent of our dependence on computers should be reflected in the precautions that we take to protect that utility. Don’t get caught with your pants down.

I recommend to have this just in case anything happens to your device. This comes very very handy . Especially if you spill anything on it or accidentally drop it or some one sits on it. I highly recommend, it's better to be safe then sorry.

The best plan that I hope to never need. I've never had a problem with my Mac so I can't directly comment on Apple Care. But the few people I know that have needed it found it to be as efficient and robust as the machines themselves.

We purchased this for a laptop we bought one of our kids for their remote learning. It is gods peace of mind having the additional protection especially when they went back to in person class and she is taking the laptop to school.

I am of the belief that if you spend the amount of money it costs for a MacBook Pro, you should be willing to spend the extra money to protect it. I've had good luck with AppleCare in the past as well and would recommend it to anyone.

I always purchase the apple care when getting new technology. While find apple products to be incredibly durable.. you just never know. When I've had to call tech, they've been incredibly helpful.

If you purchase a a MacBook you MUST HAVE THIS! I have only had mine for a few months now and my puppy knocked it off the counter and cracked the screen. I dropped it off at Best Buy and payed a small deductible and two weeks later my laptop was brand new! It pays for itself immediately!

Anyone with an apple product of any kind can understand why you need this. Gotta have it. Best Buy sets it up right then and there when you purchase it along with your device so you don't have to worry about going home to connect it/get covered.

Having AppleCare+ on any apple device is really great. The tech support is really very reliable. I have also gotten AppleCare+ for my Apple watch and when it came to using it, wow, truly great support. Thank You!
