We always purchase Apple Care for our Apple products. The few times we needed it, fast and easy to use and we were glad we bought it. Yes, it’s expensive but if you need it, you’ll be glad you have it.

I like AppleCare. I appreciate their having 'real live' people to talk with when I have a challenge. Also, with phones being so expensive these days, if I do lose it or break it, etc., I can get it replaced.

Best decision you can make. With everything being so much of the unknown, prices going up. In case of ANY accident (which let's face it it's bound to happen). guarentee protection!

I have only had AppleCare for 2 weeks, and have called in a couple times to answer questions for me. It is nice to have the warranty for the hardware but also this is my first Mac so nice to have someone help you walk through steps if needed and answer questions.

Worth the money. My sons key came off the keyboard. The only way to replace it was to replace. Whole keyboard. It was free under Apple care.

Having AppleCare is like having an extra lifeline. It’s a must if you have any Apple product. Service is top notch and everything is fixed to specifications. If something isn’t working, it’s taken care of.

I know many don’t see the point in buying AppleCare but personally, it gives me a piece of mind. If you own or have previously owned Apple products and don’t have warranty, you know it’s not cheap to fix. 24/7 support is always a good thing and this offers that.

Haven't got to use it yet but I think it will be a good purchase cause it covers my computer for 3 years so if I have Any problems or accidents I know im covered and apple got my back thanks !!

I would never think of purchasing an expensive laptop without any type of protection. This added protection gives me peace of mind and security, simply in knowing that I have the added protection.

Totally worth the price. I have always purchased Apple Care with my products and it has paid off. My old laptop had a mysterious chip in the screen and it was replaced without question, for $0!

The apple care plan is necessary for anyone one purchasing a Mac Computer. I do not appreciate that my apple plan is under someone else's name. My friend bought the computer and plan on their bestbuy card but it was a gift for me so the MAC appl care plan should be under my name as the computer is mine. I do not appreciate that blunder.

Within 4 months of my NEW Mac Pro it stopped working, over heated, and melted my trackpad. Thankfully we had insurance so they covered it. I turned in my Mac and within 4 days I got it back working just fine.

Having spent the extra money for the higher quality MacBook Pro, this insurance seems like a “no-brainer.” For instance, ANY damage to the glass screen is estimated to have a repair cost over $1000, so having this insurance is “peace-of-mind” in my book!

Well worth the money spent. If you don’t buy a warranty on the computer your a fool. No matter how good Apple is , things still break or go wrong. This is a peace of mind

I usually don't buy the protection plans that are associaed with my purchases but in this case the sale rep took the time to review all of the benefits of this plan for my new MacBook. Since it's going to college, it was an easy decision to purchase the plan!

I highly recommend buyin it over the automatic 1 year warranty. Had hardware issues with the keyboard within the first month and was fixed after a month due to the delays from covid but was done for free

It’s always a great idea to purchase apple care when you purchase their products it helps a lot if something happens to your purchases. Great insurance to have! I would never not buy it.

Havent had to use just yet however AppleCare+ is price way better than the cost of warranty plans for similarly priced PCs so it was a Yes for me. I've had good experience w/ AppleCare+ for IPAD

Luckily have not had a need to use this but after what happened to my last MacBook and finding out that the repair would have been covered under this warranty made it a must have for my new MacBook
