I bought this apple laptop for my granddaughter who will soon be attending college. Her older Apple laptop was three years old or so, and needed to be updated so she could keep up with schoolwork. Purchasing an Apple product along with the Apple protection program is great for the consumer, because if anything goes wrong and it doesn’t usually , you’re covered. Also, plus member at Best Buy in the Black Friday. Deal was too good to pass up. Rick

The Apple Care is not like any other warranty but the Apple Care fully covers your Apple purchase. I have several Apple products and I stand by their commitment.

I had a few problems with my MacBook, my notes app would freeze and a few glitches here and there. They took my computer and performed all the investigations necessary. Also, cleaned it for me. It was reassuring that any hard/software damage was fixable for free. as long as it is not accidental damage.

Amazing coverage if anything goes wrong . I love that it handles anything that goes wrong with that laptop

So worth buying the AppleCare through Best Buy! I have so much comfort in knowing if anything were to happen to my devices I would be protected!

You can’t beat Apple Care for peace of mind. Worth the cost.

I understand people don’t like to buy warranties but when you invest in an Apple product you are spending a little more then a usually PC. So if you have an issue how would you get it fixed. For the laptops and computers i think it’s a necessity. I have had at least 4 different products with Apple care and the service has been used about 3 times and everytime I would have been unable to get the issue fixed if I didn’t have Apple Care. Make the investment and get your product covered.

When researching for my laptop I heard buying Applecare is the best thing you should do. Luckily I haven't had to use it, I hopefully will never have to but I do enjoy knowing that in case I do accidentally break something or it breaks itself I have only a $99-299 copay instead of having to buy a brand new one.

This membership is a great price and gives me peace of mind if any problems arise.

My daughter uses her MacBook for college so I added the protection. Having the protection gives me a peace of mind because accidents do happen. Used it once already . So easy to make an appointment online

It definitely took me a while to see the value of AppleCare+ but I genuinely see it as an insurance plan for the Macbook Air in the event of any mishaps or emergencies to make sure that this device will last a long time. It's an investment!

You should always get Apple Care because you never know when you’ll need it. I definitely keeping it updated since my last plan expired with my old computer and I had to buy a new one or spend a lot to get it repaired. Always get Apple Care with every Apple product

Apple care has always been a good choice for any Apple product.

This was one of the reasons I got this computer from Best Buy. Anything that goes wrong with it, i can just bring it in and it’s covered. I am hoping I won’t have to use it, but glad that’s it’s there if anything happens in the next 3 years. Thank you Apple!

Never was into buying warranties/protection but my last Mac taught me. Having AppleCare saved me so much money when I needed my screen and keypad fixed. Definitely purchased it with this upgrade.

My new MacBook that I purchased last month is great but not cheap-so I sleep a lot better knowing I have Apple Care protection. Have had it on other Apple products and saved some money when I needed some repairs.
