    Haven't had to use it yet, so for now 5 stars lol. Hope I do not have to in the near future. Love my MacBook 15. I am glad I got the bigger one. It has been a learning curve, as I have been an iphone users since the 4, but never owned a MacBook. Very different from the Windows PC. Great to always have Apple Support available when you need them.

    I love the security i get for if i ever break my macbook, it will always be covered free of cost and or discounted for repair untill my plan runs out.

    I needed a new updated laptop. I was using my daughter's old MacBook! I use it daily. For my Cricut Designs and my daily Calendar! So glad the salesman directed me in getting the AppleCare. Absolute peace of mind!

    I love having AppleCare on all of my Apple products because I’m clumsy and I know if I didn’t have it I would probably break the product immediately, and even though I haven’t needed to use my AppleCare I’m glad I have it.

    Technology can always get a glitch even when new, alike to a new car. I love the Apple care plan because it is my insurance in case there is a factory flaw etc.

    So far this plan is great I had a problem with my Mac and I got it fixed within 3 days, it was gunna cost $3,000 to fix but I got it for free with this plan!!
