I get it, adding an extra cost to an already expensive purchase hurts but you’ll thank yourself later if the device fails after the complimentary warranty is over or if an accident happens.

I always add the AppleCare with my device purchase but seldom use it for any malfunctions because the MacBooks are well made. I do call them for helpful advice on operations and tech questions and get great support

This unit compares favorably to the MacBook Pro I have been using for 5 years. Very light but sturdy so should travel more easily than the MB Pro. The new Starlight color is gorgeous--so very tired of silver or black cases.

This is one of the best services Apple offers. I recently bought it for my MacBook Air. They will replace or fix my laptop for any minimal, intentional, accidental or detrimental damages. It could save you so much money in the long run!!

This was one of the reasons I got this computer from Best Buy. Anything that goes wrong with it, i can just bring it in and it’s covered. I am hoping I won’t have to use it, but glad that’s it’s there if anything happens in the next 3 years. Thank you Apple!

AppleCare+ for Macbook Air - 3 Year Plan Bought this when I purchased my Macbook Air Hoping I really don't need to use it but I guess it's nice to have it for peace of mind

If you buy anything Apple you always want to buy apple care. It takes the worries away if your college student has issues when they are away from home
