What can I say? My daughter loved her computer, used first night after permitted hours, then put it under her bed, forgot about it, and stepped on it the next day. In the meantime, I was woke by a screaming teen. I went to Apple; they swapped the Screen and board for $99. it paid itself

Solid warranty option for Apple products. Its bound to the serial number so no special accounts needed. Best Buy tried to push me away from this to buy their "total tech" subscription but its not worth it for most people. Only opt for this if you buy several electronics a year from Best Buy. Apple care was roughly $200 for me for 2 years and Total Tech is roughly $200 for 1 year but for any device linked to your account.

I get it, adding an extra cost to an already expensive purchase hurts but you’ll thank yourself later if the device fails after the complimentary warranty is over or if an accident happens.

The process to buy product online was fast and easy. When going to store to pick up the product again the service was awesome. And the support provided after we bought the product has been the best. And the product..we love it!

Its an amazing computer, its easy to do work in and i have no trouble using it, its fast.

I always add the AppleCare with my device purchase but seldom use it for any malfunctions because the MacBooks are well made. I do call them for helpful advice on operations and tech questions and get great support

This unit compares favorably to the MacBook Pro I have been using for 5 years. Very light but sturdy so should travel more easily than the MB Pro. The new Starlight color is gorgeous--so very tired of silver or black cases.

If you buy anything Apple you always want to buy apple care. It takes the worries away if your college student has issues when they are away from home

Bought a MacBook Air. Of course ya gotta have the protection! Three years instead of monthly. Saves a lot of money.

AppleCare is totally worth it! The support is fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It gives me real peace of mind.

This is one of the best services Apple offers. I recently bought it for my MacBook Air. They will replace or fix my laptop for any minimal, intentional, accidental or detrimental damages. It could save you so much money in the long run!!

I needed a new updated laptop. I was using my daughter's old MacBook! I use it daily. For my Cricut Designs and my daily Calendar! So glad the salesman directed me in getting the AppleCare. Absolute peace of mind!

The best thing and it really helps out a whole lot

This is one of the necessities when it comes to buying apple products. Something always happens, and apple care is an amazing safety net for when it does.

Haven't had to use it yet, so for now 5 stars lol. Hope I do not have to in the near future. Love my MacBook 15. I am glad I got the bigger one. It has been a learning curve, as I have been an iphone users since the 4, but never owned a MacBook. Very different from the Windows PC. Great to always have Apple Support available when you need them.
