Along with having the Geek Squad there to provide the guidance with this service, I know I'm in great hands.

Add the price of the warranty and it was still cheaper than what it would have cost if we did not have coverage. My wife dumped a drink on hers at work. It was a higher price tag to fix, but whole new computer for just $299 Both of those are additional cost over just the warranty, but stuff they did wrong. My M1 had an audio problem just under 3 years in. Fixed it with zero issues, fully covered. 3 computers, 3 fixes. 100% worth it.

You never know, when it’ll come in handy

Do NOT buy like-new open box.

No box or any protection whatsoever. That's completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a store that sells electronics.

best buy purchase

It was a no brainer for me and couldn't have been happier with the decision. On top of that I had purchased on my best buy card with additional discounts.

Horrible Serice
